When you place an order, your card is authorized — not charged. Our team personally reviews every order to make sure everything is fresh, in stock and packed right. You'll hear from us within 24 hours, and your card is only charged once we confirm.

Shipping

• Bòkatedral house goods (drinks & pantry) ship cold from Florida, 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Items from marketplace sellers ship from the seller's own location — handling time is shown on each product.
• Free US shipping on orders over $75 — livrezon gratis.
• Under $75, shipping is a flat $8.99 anywhere in the US.

Returns

Something wrong? You have 7 days after delivery to start a return. Email contact@bokatedral.com with your order number and what happened — photos help. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

If we can't approve your order

Occasionally an item sells out before review or we can't ship to your area. If your order isn't approved, you're never charged — the authorization hold on your card is released right away, and your bank typically returns the funds within 1–5 business days.
